1. This contest is open to all residents of Malaysia age between 15 - 39, except employees and immediate families of Cerebos (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, their advertising agencies, appointed distributors and other members.
2. Strictly no coloured contact lenses are allowed. Any photos with participant wearing coloured contact lenses will not be accepted.
3. All entries must be sent to “InnerShine Berry Beautiful Eyes Search 2009”, Cerebos (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Lot 13, Jalan 219, Federal Highway, 46100 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
4. This contest ends 15 December 2009. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
5. You may send in as many entries with any InnerShine products as proof of purchase. Photocopies of entry forms are also permitted.
6. Each winner is entitled to 1 prize only. There will be 1 prize for the Grand Prize Winner, 2 prizes for Finalist and 20 prizes for Most Photogenic. All completed entries received are entitled to 1 InnerShine Exclusive Gift.
7. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, tarnished or without proof of purchase will be disqualified.
8. Cerebos (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to subsitute any prizes with others at similar value without prior notice. All prizes are neither transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash.
9. All shorlisted candidates are required to attend the audition.
10. Cerebos (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to publish the names and photographs of the winners for publicity and advertising purposes through any media arranged by the organizer.
11. All prizes must be claimed within 60 days from the date of notification, after which no claims will be entertained.
12. By participating in this contest, participants agree to abide by the rules and regulations and decisions of the judges.
